Jeff Turner, President

Jeff is a seasoned project management professional with over 35 years experience providing program/project management, construction management and general contracting services for a long list of public and private sector clients throughout the western United States. He has managed a variety of projects and/or building programs ranging in value from $500,000 to more than $300 million. His experience includes commercial office, hotel, retail, municipal, aviation, industrial, K-12, higher education, healthcare, convention centers, parking structures and other specialty projects.
In 1990 Jeff was a co-Founder and Principal of a Phoenix-based project management consulting firm. That firm experienced positive annual growth and was ultimately nationally ranked a Top 100 CM for-Fee firm according to the construction industry publication, Engineering News Record. In 2010 Jeff and his partner successfully sold that firm to an international conglomerate from Spain. Six years later Jeff left that firm and formed Turner CM to selectively service key clients that were needing agency Project/ Construction Management support on their projects.
Jeff holds a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from Purdue University. He participated in a Senior Management Leadership Program conducted by the Thunderbird School of Global Management in partnership with Santa Clara University.
Jeff is a Certified Construction Manager through the Construction Management Association of America. He has also been a licensed Arizona General Contractor holding both Commercial and Residential licenses.

Turner Construction Management (Turner CM) provides real estate consulting services to help public and private-sector clients solve challenges, minimize project execution risk and maximize outcomes. Drawing from experience in a wide range of geographic markets and project types, Turner CM essentially acts as the client's advocate to ensure that single projects or large building programs are completed in accordance with the approved parameters of scope, schedule, budget and quality. As a direct extension of our client's staff, we help them become knowledgeable and decisive participants in what can be a complicated and time-consuming process. Turner CM will scale and tailor its services to meet the needs of a diverse client and project type.
